Holy Moly! I mean wow! To say I am impressed is a gross understatement! I am not just writing this review because Emilie happened to like my book. Yes, that’s a plus but it’s not the reason for the five star review. I needed honesty and I needed to have a clear understanding of what an editor believed worked or did not work in my story. I also needed help with manuscript formatting and grammar. And she delivered on all those things and more! I feel even more confident about my story and its appeal to kids and parents. I have eleven more books in my book series and I pray that Emilie will be willing and available to work on all of them! Because I have officially made her apart of my team!

I honestly have them a hard topic to nail in this, the final result was better than I imagined, I was trying to convey such a specific set of emotions in my note without leaning too far into any of them. It was a delicate balance to hit and they aced it! Couldn’t be happier!

Emilie did such an outstanding job on editing verbiage for our website. I don’t really have a mind for writing succinctly or with that attention catching flourish. Give me something technical and I can give you a detailed description with super long paragraphs and awesome bullet-pointed lists of technical details – like insurance policies. Emilie tooķ what I had and kept the detail that we need to communicate but added the color that a consumer needs to enjoy reading it, even though it’s a boring topic. And she caught and corrected my grammar mistakes and awkward phrasings too! I will definitely be using her services again!
