I could not be happier with the work that Emilie has done. Being a complete novice, I needed to work with someone who was able to hold my hand and guide me through the whole process. Emilie was that person. Lucky me.

Holy Moly! I mean, wow! To say I am impressed is a gross understatement! I needed honesty, and I needed to have a clear understanding of what an editor believed worked or did not work in my story. I also needed help with manuscript formatting and grammar. And she delivered on all those things and more! I feel even more confident about my story and its appeal to kids and parents.

I had a great experience working with Emilie! She provided thoughtful, detailed feedback on my GPA addendum, helping me present my academic record clearly and professionally while maintaining a positive, authentic tone. Her suggestions were precise, her proofreading thorough, and she was supportive and responsive throughout. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing guidance on application materials.

My daughter needed help editing some supplemental personal statements, and Emilie was beyond helpful! Emilie’s communication is always so timely, and the turnaround of her asynchronous edits is amazingly fast. Her suggestions and feedback are always very clear, helpful, and made for stronger essays. We look forward to working with Emilie again, as she is so supportive and helps my daughter feel more confident in her writing.

Something Me

I worked with Emilie T for my children’s storybook, and I am grateful for her feedback. Not only was she accommodating and highly encouraging, but her track changes and suggestions for improvement were helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to any author seeking a Beta reader who provides critique and uplifting support.

I honestly had a hard topic to nail in this; the final result was better than I imagined. I was trying to convey such a specific set of emotions in my note without leaning too far into any of them. It was a delicate balance to hit, and they aced it! Couldn’t be happier!
